Earlier this month, the organizers of POTATO EXPO 2014 announced that 150 exhibitors have signed up to demonstrate the latest in potato production, harvesting, storage and services. In 2013, POTATO EXPO attracted a record-breaking 1,902 attendees and 149 exhibitors to Las Vegas, Nevada. With just over a month left before the next EXPO, organizers are hopeful they can add to this year’s number of exhibitors.

Now in its 6th year, the POTATO EXPO is the largest conference and tradeshow for the potato industry held in North America. Potato growers and industry members meet annually to network with key decision makers and international industry leaders, learn about the latest trends and innovations in the industry and grow their business. This year’s featured speakers include Ben Stein and Jim Abbott.
